0–5 min	Review priority learning target.
5–20 min	Plan intervention for students who are not yet proficient.
20–30 min	Plan extension for students who are already proficient.
30–38 min	Decide who will provide support, when it will happen, and what students will do.
38–45 min	Decide how and when students will be reassessed.

Why This Meeting Matters

PLC Right requires a response. Data without action is PLT Lite. This meeting ensures that the team responds to actual student learning needs.
