Meeting plan
Why this is worth the extra work. Doing this well asks more of us than teaching alone — and it’s fair to feel that. But this is the work that raises how much every student learns and makes us better at our craft. We’re not adding meetings for the sake of meetings; we’re building the way we’ll work so that, over time, it gets easier and every student benefits.

Why This Meeting Matters
Teams need to understand that this is not about adding more work. It is about making collaboration more meaningful and more focused on student learning.
